You received the wrong product

Non-Refundable Cases:

Change of mind after purchase                                                                                          color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

Used or damaged products by the customer

Refund Process:
Once your request is approved:

The product must be returned in original condition and packaging

After inspection, your refund will be processed

Refund Method:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash)

For prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Time:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
